Community Action is not standing still — we are moving forward with purpose, innovation, and impact. The 2026 SEACAA Conference, Momentum in Motion: Elevating Community Action, is a call to lead boldly, strengthen systems, and advance the work that transforms communities across the Southeast. As we gather at the beautiful Wild Dunes Resort, we will focus on building sustainable strategies, enhancing leadership capacity, and driving measurable outcomes that position our agencies for long-term success.

This dynamic three-day event brings together executive directors, board members, business managers, project managers, and frontline team members for a powerful experience of learning, networking, and collaboration.

The Southeastern Association of Community Action Agencies (SEACAA) is a professional organization that provides research and policy development, resources, education and training to ensure progress towards the elimination of poverty and its causes in the Southeastern US.

We are a membership association of nearly 200 agencies that represent the interests, issues and concerns that impact the quality of life of families and communities in this eight-state region- Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
